Alternative to cableform assembly

Alternative to cableform assembly

Alternative to cableform assembly

(OP)
Currently we use nail boards and CAD drawings to create wiring harnesses or cable forms. Has anybody heard of a jig that is more efficient and takes up less space on the shop floor?

Thanks

RE: Alternative to cableform assembly

I recently toured a custom wire harness manufacturer and they were using the same type of boards but they had stacked the boards and allowed the boards to slide up above the work area on rails. This manufacturer makes all types of cables including many military, commercial and even NASA cables.
