Vacuum tubing size

Vacuum tubing size

Vacuum tubing size

(OP)
I have to size a copper vacuum line to be connected to four (4) single valve turrets on a lab bench.

Can anyone provide or link some good reference material for vacuum tube sizing?

Thanks,
Jon

RE: Vacuum tubing size

It all depend on what the vacuum pump flow can handle , and how much flow you espect to handle at each turrets, and in what time you espect to reach the vacuum level.
Other fact is the distance between the pump and the turrets.
