v4 session files into v5

v4 session files into v5

v4 session files into v5

(OP)
When we load a v4 session file and copy/paste the ass'y into
v5 it seems we are losing the transformations that pull the
ass'y together; the details are constructed in different co-ord systems than the ass'y.
v5 shows all the detail parts in their own co-ordinate systems, so that the ass'y is scattered all over the screen...
Are we missing a step? is there a workaround?

RE: v4 session files into v5

Just a sugestion, try to import it into a product then save it as a part if you need it.

Hope this it will help you. If not try to use CATUTIL and migrate it to Catia V5.
