Is it possible to have the custom properties I have created display in windows explorer?

Yes, custom properties can be display in windows explorer. Right mouse click on the file, then pick properties, and then custom tab.

RE: custom property display

Only the Summary & Custom properties & NOT the Configuration Specific properties will show in Windows Explorer.

Does the Description show in the File > Properties > Custom of the actual part when opened in SolidWorks?
