Hi,
Does anybody have any reference about the Chexter check valves and their applications? What are the main characterisitcs of this type of check valves?

It's a tilting disc check valve. here's the link to their literature.

Personally for a wafer-style check valve I have always been more comfortable with the center-hinged spring-loaded type valves such as the duo-check.  They are more forgiving about the installation orientation, and the spring ensures non-slam.
