I want to use a motor taken from a Maytag washer. It
is a 2 speed 1/3 HP.Has 6 wires .How to determine hookup?        
Appreciate any help.                 rick30

Best advice is get the schematic out of the washer and trace out the wires and colors.  Most appliances have a schematic in the cabinet somewhere.
