sheetmetal corrugation Akesson had similar question

(OP)
I am looking to form a corrugated sheet on top of the adjacent sheet.  The last 1" of each sheet overlaps the next and deforms around it.

Akesson I searched and found you had a similar question a few years ago.  Have you found a good solution?  I have tried to place a user flange on the end of the sheet to make the bends up .040" but it will not do it if there is a corrugation in the sheet.  The bends going over a curve the opposite direction give it some problems I think.

Any ideas?

Thanks
