Is it recommended to construct the body of natural gas measuring turbine meters (of size 4"/150 flanged G = 400)from the Ductile Cast Iron (GGG 40.3)?

If so what is the Standard follwoed or exact definitions of the material ?

What does 40.3 mean ?

What is the other coating / painting recommendations that must be followed ?

The turbine meter will be subject to direct wether conditions (outdoor installation).
