Pro/INTRALINK crashes

Pro/INTRALINK crashes

Pro/INTRALINK crashes

(OP)
Whenever I try to view the information on a part/assy/dwg from my workspace or commonspace, Pro/I crashes on me.  This used to not happen.  Not sure what causes this but, it is very annoying.  My gut feeling is that Pro/I got corrupt, how and when, I'm not sure.  Can anyone help me out?  Thanks a bunch.

BTW, I'm running Pro/I 3.3 (2003290) w/Pro/E WF1.0 (M240)

RE: Pro/INTRALINK crashes

If it is crashing on both the workspace and commonspace, it may be a program error. If it is crashing when you open a workspace, then that is a corrupy local.dbb file. They way we fix it is to locate the .proi folder and rename it to old_proi. Then start Intralink and create a new workspace. If this works, then navigate through the old_proi directory and import yor parts into new workspaces. Everything will be marked as new, so you have to know wheich files really are new/modified and which ones need to be retrieved from commonspace.

"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.
