I am working on the design of a 300cc sample cylinder with two openings on each side. It has to be designed according ASME VIII devision 2. I can find all the design information accept the formula / calculation for the wall thickness of the reduced part to the end connections(1/4" NPT). Can anybody advice me?

From Section VIII, Division 2 AG-302.3:

A Professional Engineer, registered in one or more states of the United States of America or the provinces of Canada and experienced in pressure vessel design shall certify to compliance of the Manufacturer's Design Report with the requirements of this Division.
