Can we consider an cable armour of the TECK cables as a some kind of barrier, and install power and comununication cables on the same cable tray ? What American and Canadian Standards say about that ?

Our local Ontario electrical inspector's interpretation of the Canadian Electrical Code is that a separate barrier is required between MV and LV cables even though they are Teck armoured.
