Gabion wall with support steel post

Need Help.

I am undertaking a design option to incorporate 2m high gabion wall with 0.8m upstand of king post installed in the bottom basket. The king post will be installed at 2m c/c spacing (at every alternate gabion basket).

The purpose of the king post is to provide resistance to the resultant disturbing forces in order to achieve a satisfactory factor of safety against sliding and moment.

Have anyone got any experience in the above design before? Please help. Thanks

RE: Gabion wall with support steel post

Have done jobs with anchors driven behind the gabion wall . Can be installed even when wall is already installed. .
