hi
Ive been trying to find a standard for installing NACA slug rivets, and was wondering if anyone's had the pleasure of working with slug rivets ... what standard did they refer to?

RE: NACA slug rivets

median..

Acft manufacturer specs are probably the best bet. Try Boeing BAC5047 & BAC5047-1.

Otherwise... You are stuck with NASM47196.

RE: NACA slug rivets

Media.. forgot to add BAC5047-2.

thanks wktylor for the info.

RE: NACA slug rivets

In case you still haven't a copy of NAS47196, you could look up MIL-R-47196 on the DOD's ASSIST website.  It's an older version, but it's free.
