Non-Freeze Wall Hydrant

Non-Freeze Wall Hydrant

Non-Freeze Wall Hydrant

(OP)
Our winter design condition is 20 degrees F.  Does anybody make a concealed non-freeze wall hydrant?  J.R. Smith has a non-freeze wall hydrant, but the water pipe is not concealed inside the wall.  The pipe is sticking into the room and doesn't look too good.  I guess it's probably the only way for this non-freeze wall hydrant to work.  I can insulate the water pipe, but it will still freeze... just at a slower pace I guess.

RE: Non-Freeze Wall Hydrant

You could always fit thermostatically controlled electrical trace heating.
You should be able to find plenty of suppliers on the web.
