Edge of a convex surface

(OP)
All,
I have just been upgraded to SW2005 SP2.0. In 2004 when I looked at a convex surface from the side, and ran my cursor acrossed it, the edge of the radius of the surface would highlight so you could select it and convert to a line segment on an sketch. Now I can not. Does anyone know what the setting is to enable this??

RE: Edge of a convex surface

Go to Tools-Options-System Options- Display/Selection- and make sure that Dynamci Highlight from Graphics View is checked.

Also if you are working in large assembly mode you will have to check this option under Tools-Options-System Options-Large Assembly Mode. Or if you just want to toggle Large Assembly Mode off and on go to Tools-Large Assembly Mode.

Hope this helps!

Best Regards,
Jon
