our company has an nx1 license, but we have no more support, since the release of the nx2 version, b'cos we dont pay for the new releases..
however the company has nx for 2 years, it hadnt been used yet... when i came here, the management thought, that the time had come.
but. i need some answers for my questions, what the developers could tell me..
could anybody forward my problems them?
there is no one in the forum, or at our vendor, who can solve them...but it matters a lot to me, to go further in the shop documentation development.
thanks in advance.kukelyk

RE: request

Get back on maintenamce and get upgraded to NX3. If you plan on using a system like UG without maintenance, it is a lot like playing russian roulete!

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

RE: request

I feel for you. My current and past employers both refused to pay for maintanance. Just be glad they actually bought the legal seat.

Even worse, there are more than a few shops around running cracked seats. It seems software is considered low on the food chain these days. It's frustrating, I know.
