Are you referring to First Angle Orthographic Projection verses Third Angle?  If you're using Pro/E 2001 it will be a Drawing Setup option projection_type

I'm sure this option is also in WF

Yes I found it in the drawing setup file. Opened it whit not and chanced it. Worked well!
