parametric sheet metal problem (UG NX3)

parametric sheet metal problem (UG NX3)

In UG NX3.0.1.3 I am running into a problem when trying to use parametric values for "distance" and "thickness" of a contour flange in the NX Sheet Metal application.  Basically, I use the drop-down to input an expression variable for the dist and length, but after approving the dialog box, the values become fixed (the parametric nature is lost).  Therefore, when I change the value of the variable, the sheetmetal part doesn't update as it should.

Has anyone seen this problem?  Any fix suggestions?  Thanks!

anyone dealt with NX sheetmetal?  Any idea how to make the distance and thickness parameters ...parametric?

"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.
