I am a new user of NX3 and seem to be getting consistent errors with parts, not assemblies. I thought its cause may be related to my backing-up but now find it not so. When a file has failed to load I get messages "could not open", "could not be loaded" and "internal error". What is the cure for this frustrating problem?

RE: Could not open

Addendum: I am hoping for someone’s response and realize some clarification is in order for assistance. I am using NX3 version 3.0.0.21 with XP and SP1.  Intel P4 3 GHz, 1Gb ram and Nvidia  Quadro FX 500 graphics with certified driver.

Load options point to the new components files directory in NX3 path with “…” and files are saved as necessary and prior to closing. The check box for “use partial loading” is checked and not sure if that is a problem or not.

I would be pleased to update this if you have remaining questions. Thank you in advance.

RE: Could not open

Call GTAC for these types of problems. They have the resources to get into your files.

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.
