Wheel Torque Measurement

Wheel Torque Measurement

(OP)
Hi,

I need to purchase wheel torque transducers for use in an off-highway application (wheel torque of 30kNm). Can someone please recommend some suppliers in the UK that I could speak too? I am looking for a supplier that can supply either a ready assembly (transducer / amplifier / slip rings etc) or one who could design and build a bespoke transducer assembly.

Thanks.

RE: Wheel Torque Measurement

Try MTS, they have a UK office.

Cheers

RE: Wheel Torque Measurement

Wheel torque transducers are very expensive, $100,000+ US each. I have been looking at designing a less expensive system because I need 4 to 6 for truck and bus testing.
