But, all other things are not equal. The real concern is that it is not a "real" point load applied to a node, but rather one or more highly misshapen elements to which a pressure load is applied. This can cause numerical problems in the solver. Since CosmosXpress does not allow mesh refinement studies you won't really know whether the model has converged or not. So the results may not be trustworthy.
