I am tring to do a sizing program for a thermostatic mixing valve.I am trying to find a standard/book/website that will have fixture units of hot water fixtures. I've got an ASPE book that tells me some about fixture units but not all.
Can anyone PLEASE help.

I am far away from US, but I know there is some difference even among US states.
Although quite similar, fixture units are matter of plumbing codes in jurisdiction wher you plan to act.
So plumbing codes are the best source! If you really want a handbook zou can find for instance "Plumbing Design & Installation" R.V. Lipka - issued by American Technical Publishers, basic and clear explanations.

Generally, I use about a 40% reduction on the flow rate given by the curves. If you look at the ASPE Design Book 1 (if you have access to it), they give some various ways to size the hot water system in order to size the heater. This will give you the same information to size the TMV.
