High Voltage Cable Clamps

High Voltage Cable Clamps

High Voltage Cable Clamps

(OP)
I need information on high voltage (115kV) cable clamps for underground manhole installation.  These are for supporting the cables to unistrut racks inside prefabricated manholes.  They must be either non-metallic or stainless steel (corrosion resistant)

Thanks

RE: High Voltage Cable Clamps

Check with Pirelli, Inwesco,Underground Devices, Silec and other manufacturer of HV cable. Often they have preferred supplier for cable attachment and accessories.

Beware that clamps do not have voltage rating. They are selected based on the mechanical characteristic to withstand weight and SC forces.

See if the enclose site could help.

RE: High Voltage Cable Clamps

There is a product available made from a polymer material.  We sell many of these cable clamps in the Austrailia, South Pacific and Asian markets.  The product is made in Europe and has full UV, and fault current ratings.  Contact www.transnet.co.nz
