New to Wildfire (Help!)

New to Wildfire (Help!)

New to Wildfire (Help!)

(OP)
Hi all,

Just yesterday I was given the instructions on installing the shortcut to launch Wildfire (we'll go to wf in june or july).  I've done it and I can launch wildfire and I can still recognize a few things,,, but:
Where can I find a summary of the differences between Pro/2001 and Wildfire v1.0?

Thanks in advance for all you useful help,
SrG

RE: New to Wildfire (Help!)

Try the MenuMapper on the home page in Wildfire.

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

RE: New to Wildfire (Help!)

I don't know your situation, but I would suggest going from Proe 2001 to Wildfire 2.0 instead of 1.0. If I had to go back to 1.0 from 2.0 I probably quit 8^)

If you going to make the commitment of the different interfaces from 2001 to Wildfire I would go with the latest build. I've been on Wildfire 2 for a year doing mold designs and advanced surfacing and never had a real issues except maybe 1 crash a month.
