I need a sensor that could be powered by direct current. When the sensor is touched it deactivates an alarm which is on the same circuit.

We need a few more details of your requirement.

If you mean a touch switch where you touch two conductive contacts then this can be done using CMOS logic which can then be used to switch (electronically or via a relay) your alarm circuit.

For example;

If you have other requirements such as no exposed contacts then you may want to look at capacitive switches such as;
