1050 deg F
1100 deg F
1150 deg F
1200 deg F

Thanks All

RE: tempering info

There results are for a 1/2" bar Austinzed at 1575°F, Quenched in water and tempered at.
These values are interpolated from a relatively small chart.

1050°F   HRc 30  UTS 135,000   YS  124,000
1100°F          28         128,000         113,000
1150°F          25         119,000         105,000
1200°F          23         110,000          98,000

This material has a very pronounced mass effect so if the thickness of your part is larger you will see a pronounced loss of properties.

Thank you much unclesyd. These are 1/2 inch pins, perfect. I interpolated from a chart that stops at 1050 deg F and got just slightly different numbers, but close enough. The numbers varify. Thanks again.
