Chamfer default value

(OP)
Hello Everyone !  Is there a way to set the default value for a chamfer or any feature.  It seems to be 0.10 Inches if I use inches, is there a way I can change that !

Thanks

regards
vik

RE: Chamfer default value

All features default to the increment value set in the Tools-Options-(System Options tab-Spin Box Increments.

The value that you set there will determine the default value for all features to start with. You cannot specify which features get what default value. Maybe this can be done with a macro but you will have to discuss that with the Macro Guru's in this forum.

I hope this helps.

P.S. Also the value that you set for the increment will dictate how the value steps up when you click the up and down arrows next to the value box. ex: .040, .080, .120, etc..

Best Regards,
Jon

Jon,
How did you ever figure that one out? This is great. You get a star for this one. Good work.
