Is there anyway to make SW2005 stop adding all the files that get opened into your Recent Documents in Windows 2000?

Thanks,
mncad

RE: File names in Recent Documents

I belive that this is a windows issue and not a Solidworks item. There may some type of windows operation/or checkmark that needs to be done to stop this from happening. I wish I could be more help!

Curious: Why do want this?

Best Regards,
Jon

Solidworks 2005 SP3.0

RE: File names in Recent Documents

AutoCAD doesn't populate the recent documents folder so I'm not sure it is a Windows issue.  I use the recent documents to get to files I have opened with Word or Excel alot and Solidworks overpowers the list and everything disappears.  I already have the drop down list in Solidworks so it is unnessecary in the recent documents.

Thanks,
mncad
