I am trapped by this 'Intelligent network' !

I am trapped by this 'Intelligent network' !

(OP)
Hello everyone,
I am a newbie in Neural Network area, and also here.
I am trapped by the NN.
My situation is,(by the way I am using MATLAB R14.1, NN toolbox 4.0 )
I have a plant model with 16 inputs, and 14 outputs, I am going to build a NN to control them, which have 14 inputs and 16 outputs, it seems like the conventional controller, as you know.
The problem is when my NN block is finshed, I don't known how to train it.....(the NN has input(14-by-1), one hidden layer with 8 neurons, ouput layer with 16 neurons, I have weight matrices and biases for each layer too).
Is it possible to train it? or I have to write the mat code as in the help file to create the NN? or Can I use the control blocks which supplied by MATLAB itself? actually, I have try the blocks, it seems only can be used in SISO system.....

Hurry! Thanks for all of you!

Help Help, I was sticked on the net, and the spider is coming.....
