Is anyone familar with ASI 163 related to steel stairways or steel?

Appreciate your help.

RE: ASI 163

Who is ASI?  All I find is an "American Suppliers Institute" which seems unrelated to ladders or steel.  And several other seemingly-unrelated organizations.

Is this maybe ANSI?  Or ASA?

Anyway, looking at Global's site (global.ihs.com), I do find:
ASAE S412 - LADDERS, CAGES, WALKWAYS AND STAIRS
ANSI A1264.1 : SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR WORKPLACE FLOOR AND WALL OPENINGS, STAIRS AND RAILING SYSTEMS
ISO 14122-3  SAFETY OF MACHINERY - PERMANENT MEANS OF ACCESS TO MACHINERY - PART 3: STAIRS, STEPLADDERS AND GUARD-RAILS
AFOSH 127-3  FIXED INDUSTRIAL STAIRS
ANSI A64.1  REQUIREMENTS FOR FIXED INDUSTRIAL STAIRS
In addition, I find a host of foreign standards, standards relating to aircraft, etc., but nothing with the "163" number.

Note that some of these are quite old, and either are for historical reference, or just haven't needed updating for 40 years.

Some standards change names and numbers completely, like the ANSI A58.1/ ASCE 7 switcharoo.  But you would think you'd still find some hits on google.

The IBC and OSHA regs both contain various requirements on stairs.
