2005 Plotting Options

(OP)
I'm curious as to the collective school of thought on plotting in the latest releases of Autocad.  Previously, all plotting referenced the "Printable area" of a sheet.  Now in 2005 (and I believe 2004), you can select "Edge of Paper" as well.  Since all of our page setups were previously referencing the printable area, we've continued with that option in 2005.  Is there any advantage to migrating all the x and y offsets to reference the edge of the paper?  I'd like to know any opinions on this.
