Format of Hole Notes

Format of Hole Notes

Format of Hole Notes

(OP)
I have a question about hole notes. I would like to change the default format that Wildfire 2 puts hole notes in. I know that you have to change it in the .hol files, but I don't know what to put in there. Also is there a config option that I need to change in order for it to read it correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

RE: Format of Hole Notes

Learn to use the PTC knowledge base! There is a lot of information there that will save you lots of time.

These discuss Hole Formatting:

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

Do you have to subscribe to it? Because I don't have a Username or password for it.

It is a free subscription.

Thanks, for all the help.  It worked great. My next question is about adding the countersink and couterbore to the note. I can get it to put a counterbore in the note. But when there isn't a cbore it still shows the symbol.  How do I get it to recognize if there is/isn't a cbore, or csink?  Also how do I get the symbol for csink (like cbore which is: <CTRL-a>v<CTRL-b>)?

Thanks for the help.
