Dp in unequal diverging tee compressible flow
Dp in unequal diverging tee compressible flow
(OP)
I am trying to calculate the pressure drop between the branches and the run of a tee if the flows are unequal e.g. 250GPM in 200GPM in branch 50GPM in the run. I have referenced the Crane 410 Tech paper and other fluid texts? Looking for a method formula or reference.
Thanks in advance

RE: Dp in unequal diverging tee compressible flow
Idelchik, "Handbook of Hydaulic Resistance"
RE: Dp in unequal diverging tee compressible flow
Because I do not have the reference can you give me the formula for both run and branch or explain its method. i.e. use constant flow loss through branch and enlargement loss for ratio of flows etc. Your help would be appreciated.
