pilot cable technical sheet needed

pilot cable technical sheet needed

(OP)
Dear All,

Please help me in this matter:

I am a representative office for cables distribution and I receive various requests for different types of cables.
Sometimes I don't know where to look for these cables since I am not familiar with all of them.

I was asked to quote for a "pilot cable", which should transmmit the protection signals between two 110kv stations. It is an 8 pairs cable (conductors 0.9 to 1.25 mm diameter), for which I received also some parameters requests:

Screening coefficient
< 0.1 at E=30-400V/km
< 0.2 at E=1000V/km

Signal frequency: min 1000Hz
Overvoltages:
- conductor/conductor 1000V
- conductor/screen 8000V

Insulation tolerance: 0.1 + 10%
Sheath tolerance: 0.1 + 15%
Dielectric strength cond/cond: min 2000V, 50Hz for 60s
Dielectric strength cond/metalic sheath: min 4000V, 50Hz for 2min.

I would like to ask for a technical sheet of a cable like this one. It doesn't matter the producer.
Just to have a reference and a code to know about it.

Thank you very much!

I look forward for a reply!

Best regards,
Mihai Filip
