Seeking micro air motor 1/8 to 1/3hp 3500 rpm

Seeking micro air motor 1/8 to 1/3hp 3500 rpm

Seeking micro air motor 1/8 to 1/3hp 3500 rpm

(OP)
I am seeking a very small air motor or someone to design same for a new product I am working on.
1/6 to 1/3 hp output (0.125 to 0.25 Kw) 3250 rpm approx.
Dimensions
diameter approx.  1.1 inches  28mm
length  approx.   2.0 inches  51mm

Even if someone can point me in the right direction it will be a big help.

RE: Seeking micro air motor 1/8 to 1/3hp 3500 rpm

Hi Higgo88,
For starters try Parker Hannifin Corporation - Actuator Division.  Their catalog shows a 0.47 ft.lb.torque, 3600 RPM, 1.06 OD x 5 long unit.  I think these are vane type motors with a concentric or coaxial planetary gear reduction unit.  The output shaft dia. is 0.312.  I have not found any in your torque speed range with overall length less than 5.  Another source may be ARO Ingersoll Rand.

Cooper Tools is another supplier of vane motors.

McMaster Carr has several in the size range you are looking for in thier catalog.
