Problems going between 14 & 2000

Problems going between 14 & 2000

(OP)
I am having problems with my tolerance blocks when I switch between AutoCad 14 & 2000.  I am the only one in the dept with AutoCAD 2000 and everyone else has AutoCAD 14.  When a drawing is originally drawn in 14 and I open it in 2000 the tolerance blocks look fine but once I save the drawing (I have my settings set to automatically save to AutoCAD 14) they move up and over just enough so they don’t line up with the extension lines anymore when it is opened back up in AutoCAD 14.  It also happens when I start a drawing in 2000 and someone else opens it up in 14.   I also have a problem converting drawings to TIF files.  Sometime the tol blocks move or don’t show up at all.  I am using a free converter program that I got off the Internet call “otto tif” Any help on why this is happening is appreciated.

Thanks
