Hygienic 3-way control valve required

Dear all,

I need a food grade (hygienic) 3-way control valve. So to Split ONE flow in TWO flows; 0 - 100% adjustable.

Can you suggest some good manufacturers? Types?

Many thanks for posting,
CARF

RE: Hygienic 3-way control valve required

Normally sanitary 3way valves(zero deadleg) can be used but flow control, for both streams, is quite difficult because only one closure is used for both the streams. You can check spindle type 3 way valves by Alfa Laval for a better flow control. This can be an economic solution for you.

You can also check Saunder's multiport valves.

Novaseptic is also a good manufacturer of sanitary valves.

If you go for nonmetallic valves then GEMU is a good manufacturer.
