Major Problem with 2005

Major Problem with 2005

Major Problem with 2005

(OP)
I just loaded 2005 onto my puter today. I use a 16 button mouse and tablet. Even after I load my buttons menu into cad it does not do anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction on what to do about this?

RE: Major Problem with 2005

I am running Autocad 2005 using a Cal-Comp Drawing Tablet III with a 16-button cursor mouse, as well as a Logitec cordless mouseman wheel mouse. So yours can probably be made to work.  I do remember something about the Calcomp drivers not being available much longer.

What version of Autocad did you upgrade from?

Can you copy the previous versions buttons menu and past into the new 2005 menu.  You will then need to reload the menu.

Also you will need to configure for two pointing devices under the pull down tools-options menu I think.

Hope this helps

I upgraded from 2002. I did copy the buttons portion of my menu and loaded it up, only nothing is happening. The buttons still don't work.

It's proving to be a real head scatcher~
