Leftover insulation

Leftover insulation

Leftover insulation

(OP)
Good morning!

We fabricate insulation parts, and have a specific part that is made from 1/2", 3# Microlite (J.M. material).  We have a leftover circle, which measures a perfect 4" diameter, and we have literally thousands per month left over.  Can any of you think of a way these can be used, or by whom?

I just can't bear the thought of another 2-3 dumpster-loads of perfectly cut little parts.

Thanks!

Have you thought about EBay?

RE: Leftover insulation

Hopefully your area has a material exchange that you can list it in.  In the state of Indiana this is run through the Department of Environmental Management.  See:

I've always plyed with the idea of aquiring some of the used telephone poles which are periodically listed.  They would make a great bridge across my ravine.

Aren't there manufacturer's for fiberglass blow-in insulation? Maybe you can contact them.
