FC-R1 signal condtioner

I need to replace an aging 4-20mA output probe and analyzer system that is failing.  I have received a Automation direct facts engineering FC-R1 signal conditioner with a PT100 three conductor RTD.  The problem seems to be scaling of the output signal to meeting my operation temperature range.  If the FC-R1 has been calibrated at the factory for a PT100 how can I re-adjust the zero and span pots to range my 4-20mA output equal to 0 degree F to 320 degree F?
Any suggestions??

I found my own solution to this problem.  It is not possible to use the FC-R1 in this application.  The temp range is to vast for the existing PLC program.
