(OP)

We're looking at a package deal of SW 2005 (Premium) that includes Cosmosworks-Designer and SW Routing.  Anyone have opinions on how well these modules function 1. Solidworks Routing...for tube routings and cabling? 2. Cosmosworks Designer vs Professional.  Obviously the Professional has more capabilities but how much more? Enough to justify it's price?

RE: Cosmosworks

Here is a matrix of CosmosWorks

The designer IMHO is one small step abovc cosmosXpress.  For those of us that do FEA the min package should be the professional.  We use Nastran.....although I had a 30 day eval of CosmosWorks 3 years ago and it was extremely easy to use.  That's my 2 cents worth.
