W36x300 w/ cut out in web Shear Calculations

(OP)
I have a W36x300(web is 3/4") with a cut out in the web 16" on center out of the 33.625" flange to flange.

This beam is going to be used to test two 400 TON jacking cylinders that are pushing against each other and pushing apart the cut out longitudally with the beam.

Please tell me the generic calcs that I need to run through in order to see if the beam will support the 400 Ton load. I am just curious to see if it will work, I am not worried about any codes.
