Batch Distillation book

Batch Distillation book

Batch Distillation book

(OP)
I am looking for a good book on the design of batch distillation columns.  Specifically I am looking for different overhead configurations, splitter designs, how reflux is fed back to the column (pumped vs gravity flow).
Mostly the mechanics of the designs.
A couple that I have found online are listed below.  Does any one have any of these books?  Comments or suggested books?
Thanks

Batch Distillation (Series on Chemical Engineering #3): Design And Operation, Vol. 3, Iqbal M. Mujtaba

Batch Distillation: Simulation, Optimal Design and Control (Series in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering)
by Urmila M. Diwekar,

AICHE has printed some distillation books in the past but I can not find any used ones online and they are not listed on the AICHE site.

Any help would be apreciated.

Any Suggestions?

Thanks

RE: Batch Distillation book

The distillation bible would be kister.  I think that has a section on batch distillation.

I do not have access to either of the books that you mention or any others (including Kister)

Hope this is of some help

RE: Batch Distillation book

The books you have mentioned are probably the most referred ones in the batch distillation area. In my opinion you should stick to them.
