How can I change the Hole Fit & Diameter for a Counterbored hole?

I found in the ansiinch.mdb (lang/english)there is a table called SCLR.  These appear to be the clearances used for SHCS.  WHen I change the database table for a #10 from .201 to .205 and save the database,  nothing is changed in the holewizard.  I even got all the way out of SolidWorks then came back into my part file.

Anybody?

Todd
