Internal countersinking.

(OP)
We have a production job to drill multiple holes in a closed box section component.

I need to countersink the inside of the box section to remove any burrs etc caused by the drilling operation.

We have tried the conventional manual internal deburrers.

I am sure that I have seen a gadget that fits in a standard pillar drill / drill press that does this job.

Any leads would be helpful.

RE: Internal countersinking.

The Cogsdill One Pass will do the job.www.cogsdill.com
