First, thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I am building a blower housing which will be handling sulfur gas.  The shaft for the fan is water sealed so there is potential for mild sulfuric acid.

The unit I am replacing seems to have a rubber liner.  Is this the best material to line the unit with?

If it is then where can I get a liquid rubber product that I can paint or spray on myself?

Housing and all parts are stainless steel.

Am I posting this in the right area?

I didn't think i needed to reinvent the wheel on this, seems like it would be a pretty common setup.  Should this be in the chemical plant forum?

Thanks
