Effects of AC Heaters in Air Flow

Effects of AC Heaters in Air Flow

(OP)
Could someone advise me on the effects of an inline AC heater/blower in the ductwork of the intake of a Heat Exchanger?  Someone mentioned that some oxygen was being killed in this fresh air stream due to AC radiated heat.  If so I have an alternate method of heating the air intake via compressed hot water widget of mine.  This will warm up the fresh air to my heat exchanger without the AC effect.  This will be a one-of personal home automation project.  I plan to monitor the fresh air stream's temperature as well as the house's main temperature control(s) set point and increase the fresh air duct heat (pids) if required via programmable seasonal set points.  I could really use your feedback, Thanks.
