Problem Printing with Custom Plot Style Table

Problem Printing with Custom Plot Style Table

Problem Printing with Custom Plot Style Table

(OP)
I recently received a couple drawings from a mechanical engineering contractor for a job that I need to customize and print out. I had no problem changing the drawings to my specifications however when I wanted to print the drawings with a custom designed plot style table for my printer (one that I use on all my drawings and had no problems with for the last couple years), the plot style doesn't come as an option that I can select under the plot device tab of the page setup window. The only plot styles that I can choose from make the drawing come out very hazy and unprofessional. Is there a reason why I cannot select my custom plot style to print this drawing with? I am using AutoCAD 2004 for this project.
