Cabel protection: MiCOMho P443 or REL511

Which distance protection is better MiCOMho P443 (Alstom/Areva) or REL511 (ABB)for cable (123kV; 3km )?

RE: Cabel protection: MiCOMho P443 or REL511

Are you sure you want to go for distance protection for the cable feeder!
Pilot wire protection (with backup OCEF protection) would be a better option. Now a days you get pilot wire relays (P543 of Alstom / Areva for example) which can accept fibre optic pilot cables directly and that will eliminate distance constraints.
