We are fabricating a SS vessel. Heads will be hot formed , what type of testing has to be done after forming, and at  what temp it has to be hot formed .

I would suggest that you follow the requirements in the ASME B&PV code, Section VIII for unfired pressure vessels. Part UHA of Section VIII contains excellent technical information on solution treatment requirements and NDT regarding forming of austenitic stainless steel materials.

More specific information is required to answer your questions.  What is the type and grade of material, what is the thickness, is the head of welded two piece construction?
